Legal Notice
We, FUNDAUS OÜ, are established in the Republic of Estonia and are ready to provide lending-based crowdfunding services as soon as we receive an authorization as a European crowdfunding service provider, which we have applied for and which is expected to be obtained in the shortest time, in 2024. Our supervisory authority is Finantsinspektsioon of the Republic of Estonia. We have already obtained the activity license No. FFA000326 issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit of Estonia for provision of financial services and confirming our compliance with AML requirements. Our partner and payment service provider is Lemonway SAS (Payment institution of France, License CIB 16568, issued by ACPR). FUNDAUS is registered as the payment agent of Lemonway SAS.
For the purpose of collateral registration to secure the investors interests, we use the agent company FUNDAUS TRUST AGENT OÜ, fully owned by FUNDAUS OÜ.
